How to become a Member of CCANZ

The first step is to find out what the Carpet Cleaners Association of New Zealand expects of its members by taking a look at our Code of Practice. The Code of Practice ensures members are committed to: ‘Quality Service’, ‘Health and Safety’, ‘Legal Requirements’, ‘Insurance’ and ‘Arbitration’.

Of all the requirements quality service by a qualified technician is the most important requirement of membership. For the Association ‘Qualified’ means a person who has gained certification by completing, at a minimum, a carpet cleaning training course developed by IICRC or attained some other qualification recognised by the Association, and who maintains the currency of their qualification.

* If you have not yet achieved the required training qualifications you can still be considered for Probationary membership. However, this will be a pre-requisite before you can apply for Certified Member status.
