Industry training for Carpet Cleaners

Training is at the heart of providing quality service to consumers and exceeding industry standards. Industry standards are, of course, extremely important in today’s market to ensure that manufacturer’s warranties, insurance requirements and other areas of liability are not breached by improper methods or products. For this very reason, in order for an individual or company to become a member of the CCANZ, it is a requirement that they complete an industry recognized level of training. This is one of the main reasons you can have peace of mind employing a CCANZ member.

If you are a cleaner and you would like to be formally trained in either Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Advanced Stain Treatment, Water Damage Restoration or another related field, this can be done either through the training programs of the internationally recognized Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) or by completing NZQA Unit Standards or another industry recognized qualification.
