OUR VISION
To develop the carpet cleaning and restoration industry in New Zealand into being a “recognised professional trade”.

MISSION
CCANZ is a group of industry professionals who collectively promote and facilitate the development of technical and service based competencies and capabilities, with the aim of raising the standard of carpet cleaning and restoration practices in New Zealand.

OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Association shall be:
To promote a forum for the free exchange of experience and opinions among members through discussion, education and training and publications
To promote the science and art of carpet cleaning and to educate members and the public in the advancement, uses and improvements in the carpet cleaning industry.
To develop and encourage the practice of high standards of personal and professional conduct among individuals and companies serving the carpet cleaning industry.
To promote and support educational courses for the benefit of those persons engaged in the profession of carpet cleaning.
To hold meetings and conferences for the mutual improvement and education of members.
To acquire, preserve and disseminate data and other valuable information relative to the profession of carpet cleaning.
To promote the Association and its members to the public and related industries
To establish and ensure members’ compliance with the Association’s Code of Practice.
To arbitrate or take part in any arbitration in any dispute between members or between members and their customers.
To carry out any other related activities which are in the interests of the Association.
